At about 15 kilometers from the center, on the hillside of mountain Zlatibor there is a lively village Tripkova with a beautiful church. This authentic building, built out of rock, covered with wooden slates, and with wooden floor that takes you back in some ancient times. There is a belief that the church doors and icon of Jesus Christ was painted by Aleksije Lazarević between 1810 and 1815 and that they were in fact brought from the church from Stapari. The source building was tore down in the fifties of the last century and in 2003, a new church was erected on the same grounds.
