Terzića avlija (Eng. Courtyard) is an ethnic village in the village Zlakuša that is situated on the half way between Užice and Požega. This ethnic park is actually sort of a museum that presents village touristic households at the beginning of the 20th century as a typical village household of the Užice area with old houses and homesteads consisting of a cottage, dairy room and well. Symbol of this ethnic village is a Serbian soldier in a uniform from the Balkan Wars wearing Serbian peasant footwear (`opanak`) made out of Ash tree. Inside the courtyard, there are also apartments, mountaineer camp, museum, gallery with the library, souvenir shop and summer stage. For already two decades, village Zlakuša is a host to a Colony of the art pottery thanks to the old pottery craft. Terzića courtyard is open for visitors all year round.
