Other Terms of Sale
- If the accommodation unit is used by one adult and a child up to 7 years old, who does not pay for accommodation, the price for a single room/apartment is applied.
- The service is on a bed and breakfast basis.
- Prices for groups are negotiated separately.
- We reserve the right to change the published prices and other terms of sale.
Payment Terms
- We allow payment in 6 monthly installments via citizen checks or credit cards of Intesa Bank a.d. Belgrade.
- The tourist tax is 140 dinars.
- Children up to 7 years old are exempt from the tourist tax, while individuals aged 7 to 15 years pay a reduced tourist tax of 50%.
Additional Charges
- The supplement for an extra bed is 3200 dinars per day, regardless of whether it is used by a child or an adult.
- The supplement for a third or fourth person in an apartment is 3200 dinars per day.
- The supplement for a third or fourth person in a superior 1/3 room is 3200 dinars per day.
- Children up to 7 years old stay for free when accompanied by parents or guardians.
- The supplement for children aged 7 to 12 years is 3200 dinars per day.
- The supplement for dinner is 1500 dinars.
- The supplement for dinner for children aged 7 to 12 is 750 dinars.
