Congress Center
Hotel Palisad, with nearly five decades of tradition, a rich range of services, and high-quality hospitality, is considered a pioneer of congress tourism on this mountain.
Today, Palisad presents itself with a new, modernized concept, offering two functionally separate congress centers equipped to meet the needs of contemporary business events. With a capacity of 200 renovated double rooms—110 of which are lux and superior—the hotel fully supports the organization of even the most demanding meetings, congresses, and conferences.
The Palisad Congress Center spans 735 m² and consists of one large and five smaller conference halls. Seating capacity and layout can be adjusted according to clients’ needs, accommodating between 50 and 350 participants. The hall located on the first floor of this congress center, in addition to its primary purpose, can also be used as a banquet hall and is suitable for exhibitions.

1st floor
On the first floor, there is the TIMOK Hall, which can be divided into two smaller halls thanks to movable partition walls.
2nd floor
On the second floor of the Palisad Congress Center, there are three additional halls. The maximum capacity of the DRINA and TISA halls is 50 seats each, while the MORAVA hall can accommodate up to approximately 100 participants.
3rd floor
On the top floor, there is the TARA Hall, the largest venue, with a capacity of over 300 participants.
Congress Organization
The Serbia Congress Center is a separate entity, renovated in October 2013, covering 450 m². It is located in a pine forest above the lake and features a hall with a capacity of approximately 700 seats. Within the Serbia Congress Center, there is also a restaurant with 200 seats, ideal for hosting formal cocktail receptions and business lunches.
The halls of both the Palisad and Serbia congress centers are equipped with professional audio and video equipment, and a dedicated technical team is available to support users. The staff of Hotel Palisad is specially trained for professional events and can meet even the most demanding requirements. The halls are equipped with video projectors, laptops, sound systems, conference and wireless microphones, Wi-Fi, flipcharts, and monitors.
Organization of Events and Gatherings
At the Hotel Palisad restaurant, it is possible to organize gala dinners for approximately 600 guests, or in the À la carte restaurant “Zlatni Bor,” with a capacity of around 180 seats. A rich cultural and artistic program can also be arranged, including music concerts, exhibitions, theater performances, fashion shows, wine tastings, local specialty tastings, and various sporting events.
Guests also have access to 200 m² of exhibition space in the hotel lobby, as well as the use of hotel stands and multifunctional display panels.
The hotel has successfully organized some of the most demanding congresses, meetings, and symposia to date, including: CIGRE with around 1,000 participants; the Congress of Cardiologists of Serbia and the Annual Conference of the Supreme Court of Serbia with 800 participants each; the Congress of Veterinarians of Serbia with approximately 600 participants; the Appellate Court Conference for 500 attendees; the Energy Professionals Symposium with around 400 participants; and many others.
